You make all of the decisions. The purpose of the organizer is to make recommendations, based on experience. You are in control at all times.

What if I want to keep items that may hinder the sale of my home?
We never say you have to get rid of your possessions, but we will recommend temporarily removing some items.

What other options do I have if items need to be removed from my home?
Some people like to have garage sales, donate to charity or donate to family and friends. Others choose to rent dumpsters and throw away many years’ worth of clutter. The choice is always yours.

Is the organizer going to try to sell me something?
Ready to Sell – Ready to Move can recommend storage solutions, but we do not sell any particular products. If you wish to purchase storage solutions, you decide where to purchase them. Ready to Sell – Ready to Move has no vested interest in any product line.

Do I have to be selling my home to take advantage of the services provided by Ready to Sell – Ready to Move?
Certainly not! The process varies only slightly if you want to stay in your home and not sell it. Do I need to be present when Ready to Sell – Ready to Move is working in my home?
Yes! You make all of the decisions. We can help with any of the de-cluttering and packing, but you have to help determine what exactly you want done. For example, we may recommend packing away the good china to free up cabinet space. If you agree to it, we can pack it up for you, but you need to be there to make the decision. Many homeowners choose to work with us to reduce the time it takes to get the work done.

Can Ready to Sell – Ready to Move transport my belongings to storage or to my new home?
No. Ready to Sell – Ready to Move is not a licensed hauler. Ready to Sell – Ready to Move does have business relationships with preferred moving companies, and we can make arrangements for you to have your belongings transported or stored. If you wish to use a professional mover to pack for you, we can make those arrangements as well. If you wish to pack for yourself, we can teach you how to do that and even help you locate and round up packing materials. If you wish, we can pack for you and even unpack at the new house.

When should I call Ready to Sell – Ready to Move?

As soon as you decide you may want to sell your home. Having Ready to Sell – Ready to Move prepare your home for sale will enable you to list your house for a higher price.
